STRENGTH, METABOLIC, AGILITY, RESISTANCE, TRAINING (S.M.A.R.T.) FIT PROGRAM:
The methodology of our proprietary personal weight training program is deeply rooted in the practice of Metabolic Strength Conditioning; meaning that in each training session you are coached to properly challenge your entire body through timed intervals that involve strength and resistance exercises paired with agility and conditioning drills. Each training session is made up of a few people so that each individual gets the personal attention and education they would expect from a one on one (1:1) personal training session.
PERSONAL TRAINING: OUR PHILOSOPHY
As mentioned, personal training is NOT defined by one on one interaction between a trainer and trainee, so just because there is a handful of people training together, doesn't mean its not true personal training. The American Council on Exercise differentiates Personal Training versus Group Fitness (the typical fitness classes you'll find at most gyms). Personal Training is a training session led by a professional instructor that allows for the combined use of weights, machines, and cardiovascular-focused exercises.
1:1 or DUET
Personal training can be optimal either 1:1 or in small groups and its up to you how! Are you motivated by training in partnership with a few other people? Then our cost conscious monthly S.M.A.R.T. FIT program membership is for you! Or do you prefer one on one motivation? Then our 1:1 Personal Training sessions are the way to go! Have a friend or relative that you want to training with? Then go with the Duet Personal Training Sessions (2-3 people max). Whatever way you go, you won't go wrong since all Personal Training Sessions are based on our S.M.A.R.T. FIT Program methodology!
